gee all thanks for your help on this...not, surely someone out there must be able to tell me what is going on, i figured that with the amount of so called experts on this site that someone must know something, or maybe it is as i have thought all along over opinionated people are what really make up the membership of this site

cant really tell what it is to much from the pic but the best thing you can do for it is some mass water changes, add some salt, keep your temp in the mid 80's and see what it does from there in time.... is there tankmates? how long has it been like this? what is it diet?

like i said i cant tell exactly what it might B from pic have really came across somthing like that

Tank size is 6x2x2
sump is 4x1.5x1.5 with 2kg of eheim substrate pro, 8kg of seachem matrix, 300+ bioballs, three layers of filter pad from fine to coarse (went crazy on my sump)
eheim 5000ltr return pump running at between 3500 and 4000ltrs per hour

Lighting is 3 x halide (rarely run) 4x t5, 3 x led panels

3 x heaters all eheim all 300watts

PH 6.5 crashed had been rectified with bi-carb soda and will be getting coral bones tommorrow
nitrite always 0
ammonia always 0
nitrate <20ppm

weekly 10 - 15% water change with prime as conditioner
monthly 40% water change with prime and stabil

tank mates
greshyki (dont want it but wife and kids love him)
albino o 5"
JD 3"
Gibyceps x 2 both around 8"

Have added salt and pimafix temp is rising to 29-30celcius, also did a 40%water change and added bi-carb to rectify ph now 7.4

Salt bath at 1kg epsom and 1kg of cooking salt for half an hour and then reduced salt concentration by 40%

short of a vet and medicine is there anything i have missed
