Well, I thinks its time to get rid of all my cichlids. I have a 55 with a nine inch Oscar, a pleco and a sun catfish. I have a 36 with a jd, and two parrotfish, and a pleco. I really hope its not too late but can I get rid of these fish soon and still not have them be stunted? Parrotfish, pleco, and catfish definitely need to go. I love the Oscar but I see no bigger tank in his future since i'm going to college. If I get rid of him can I keep the jd by himself in the 55, or should I just get rid of all my fish? My only thought is that if I get rid of them, will they really go to a better home? My lfs has like a 350 with a couple of Oscar that have been donated, and the fish fight all the time and some evn die. And I don't want some one buying my baby and putting it into like a 30 gallon (From the frying pan and into the fire). What do you guys think? P.S. please don't get all mad at me for keeping the fish in confined conditions, I was screwed by petsmart and I now realize I must do what's best for the fish. I hope its not too late.

When trading fish to LFS it's always a chance they will go to a less than suitable home. Why not sell them in here? The JD would be fine by itself in the 55

I've never sold one here before, I could do that.... How precisely do you go about selling a fish on here? And is anyone interested (my avatar/profile pick is what he looks like)

There is a market section where you would post them. There are guidelines as to how the post should be formatted
