My oscar + firemouth

Here's my oscar, he has a little bit of HITH atm, but I'm trying to fix that up.
My firemouth is shy so I couldn't get any decent shots of him.

He was a little scaredy cat when he was smaller... Now he wants to attack the fish on the other side of the divider.
But the firemouth knows who's boss

Thank ya. You can see the oscar has missing skin on his gill. I don't know how that happened it was just there one day. It's healing fast though

great looking oscar! my firemouth is shy too.. hangs out on the bottom sifting sand under the driftwood.. i have a 90 gallon with a red oscar, firemouth and 2 green sevs... they get along great so far lol.

Wow. That Oscar's pattern is amazing. It looks like somebody's eyes peering through binoculars. Or, if you turn the Oscar head-down, it looks like a Coca-Cola bottle. That fish is a trip. Don't worry about the missing scales. All O's make it a point to bang themselves up. They heal fast, though. And it will happen every so often. Just often enough to keep us worried.
