I don't know a lot about fish I'm still learning new fish owner.

My oscar is floating with his behind down and head up and he won't eat why? Also I did an API General cure because he had this white long waste hanging from his behind but no longer has it. Also there is a few white spots on his eyes and 2 of his fins.

Wow that's a lot of symptoms. Do you think you could provide us with some pictures? It would help us a lot with our diagnoses. It sounds like you might have a secondary and maybe a tertiary infection as well. Hope he pulls through.

good thing the white poop is gone how long has it been gone and has he eaten since then? Is this fish new to you? Do you feed live feeders? have you tested your water recently? when was your last water change? sorry for all the questions but it will help diagnose.

Turn the light off and keep doing some water changes once a day. The Oscar is more then LIKELY being an oscar and playing dead/sick like they like to do when stressed.
