my oscar tank and breeding pair...2 years on

Hi everybody
Just was free this evening so thought of posting some shots of my oscar tank and breeding pair who are nearly 2 years old

Filter-2 x 2217
Heater-Jager 200w set at 28 but off now due to the heat
Backdrop-Nauzer by Aquascapes
Decor-Regular gravel,rocks and some wood
Light 1 4 foot philips t5,2 hitachi 2 foot lights
Water change once a week 80 percent
Feeding Hikari food sticks,Hikari bio gold and sometimes fresh prawns.
Oscars breed once every 12 to 15 days.once a while get wigglers too.
Any suggestions and comments welcomed.

Great looking tank and oscars.

Only thing i would do differently is divide that 80 pct water change into 2 40pct ones.

At the moment am doing 80 percent water change because its really hot here and their tank really heats up.otherwise i usually do a 50 percent water change once a week

Im not a big fan of oscars, but this setup is quite nice. Tank of the Month Worthy Buddy.
