my pacu and others have ick i think

the other day i noticed that my pacu and like 7 other S.A. fish have spots all over them. I thought it was air bubbles at first but i definately think they are all sick and have ick. It's a 55 gal. tank. What should I do? I did a 30% water change last night but it doesn't look like they have gotten better. Im open with ideas. Please help me find a way to keep my fish alive. Thanks.

Raise the temp in your water and add salt. Read the sticky on this forum about ich. It did wonders for me

might be fungus., add some salt and some methylene blue., just to be sure.,

Go the salt and heat method per the sticky. It works wonders.

IMO meds are a waste because they only kill the ich once it hatches not when its on your fish. Ive never used salt for treating ich, i just raise the temperature to 82-85 and it is gone in a few days.
