I use Picasa personally, as it is a side service of Gmail.
But you can also host pictures on this site too, it just adds that MFK logo to the bottom. Here's the link.
Long story short, you need to host the picture online someplace, then link it to the post in your forumLook at the little toolbar above when your writing a post.
