I leave pacus to The Shedd Aquarium. They have Green Pacu there, they are frickin huge.

Pacu fish have personalities. Some Pacus are fairly vicious, while others are gentle. We have two with gentle personalities. Sometimes when they and a small fish are going for the same morsal of food, I'm afraid the small fish will get eaten along with the fish food. But they're always careful not to do that. However, I've heard from other Pacu owners that their Pacu will eat anything that can fit in its mouth.
