My Payara has a broken fang!!

One of the large fangs on my Payara is bent backward into its mouth, not going into the hole it's supposed to. Is this something to worry about and is there anything I need to do?

The one that's bent back should spring up to replace the missing one.

Yeah, I freaked out too the first time my redtail did that.Like the others said ...a bigger one is on it's way.All normal.

ya our payara is losing his fangs too we were worried but it sounds like he will be getting some new ones i guess thanks

Same thing happened to mine. I was suprised when it grew back in a matter of weeks
