my peacock lip just developed a sore, all fish are fine except him, water parameters are fine as well

Probably banged into something at night, happens pretty regularly with mine since they are getting too big for their growout tank. It'll heal up in a week or so. Add salt if you're concerned about infections.

Could of had a run in with a heater.
