2 days ago he stopped eating and hiding behing a rock and rarely comes out so i guessed it was bloat so yesterday i started to treat him with all the info i found here on how to threat bloat but just to make sure i took a few pics so you guys can tell me if this could be bloat or not.

hes 2 years old about 17cm or 7" ,the last time i lost a fish by bloat was 1 year ago another peacock bigger than him died because it was to late when i notice.

hes in a 20 gallon tank right now so it's time to wait if he recovers soon, i am treating him with api general cure the only thing i found near my city for this kind of disease also removed the carbon from the filter.

Is he eating? Any white or clear thready feces?

Clout has been the only med that's worked for me after the fish have stopped eating. If you catch it early and the fish are still eating , a half packet of Api general cure mixed in a tablespoon of water is used to soak the food in for about 10 to 15 min . then feed.
