I'm sorry for the crappy pics, i took them with my 80 euro camera :p

They are wildcatch perch, the plants still need to grow out a bit

i feed them:

rainworms (they snap them out my hands)
bloodworms
rice fish (live)
guppy's (live)
schrimps

Incase they get too big in the future i have also a natural pond in the garden. (But i've seen that in small habitats they stay small, i've seen this in small streams in nature, so its natural)

nice...i had a wc perch in my tank for a few hours...then i ate him...wasn't doing so well in the 84f water the change from the 65f river was to much for it...

I love the way you've stacked the rocks. Very nice!

mine lost color for a while and they stayed on the bottom not swimming at all, but after like 2 days they looked normal and swimming around non-stop :p

The rocks i found in a nearby mine :p

nice Perca fluvaitilis. i collected one last week, only a baby about 2". was skittish as hell for the first few days, so i couldnt get a pic of it... now its active as hell, so its to quick to get a pic of... ironic eh?

nice tank... good call on the pond too. i'm gonna go down a similar route... getting a 40ft eucalyptus removed from the garden, as well as another bush... theres gonna be a big hole... so most of the heavy work will be done for me :)
