My "pet" Peacock

Here's the peacock that lives in our neighborhood.
He comes by our house often to feed now. He was originally a pet of some rich person that lives close, but he flew away and the person never bothered to get him back. He's pretty cool.

cool. there is a farm near me with a few that they let run around thier property. they are really cool. the males call sounds like a cat. they also have a white peacock.

WOW! Only peacocks here are in the zoo's.

He used to, a lot.
But since then he's pretty quiet, I maybe hear him once a month maybe?
So everyone in the street respects him. At least they do now, not when he was loud.

That's kinda cool. Their stray feathers make for great decor around the house.

Nice alarm clock. He looks pretty young, which is when they're the most fun to watch.
