my pet quail (something unusual)

My pet quail. Got this guy at the flea market for 2 bucks. he was sold as food. pretty fun little guy. most people just keep them in cages.
but i let my run around my appartment most of the the time

Quail are nice.Shops here used to have them pretty often but I haven't seen any in any pet shops in years.They are probably yet another animal we can no longer keep as pets in this state.

Haha I've never heard of people keeping them as pets. I've eaten them before though

he is still a little wild (he does not like being held). but he is getting better. they kept him in a cage all his life. so now he is adjusting to normal life.
