Nice Kuhliis. Really are some of my favorites, I just wish they were a bit bigger so I could keep them with the rest of the loaches.

yeah they were the reason i had started a tank, and got plants and all for that tank but out of the blue of the 14 i had picked up 6 died, then i picked 6 more and instead of sand i kept gravel and no more plants and they have been doing great

yeah thye are small, but can be kept with a lot of fish
my FHs didn't mind them, neither did my africans
even my jewels who are so inquisitive of every thing left them alone

the first time i saw them the lfs guy tried catching them and killed 2 of the 16 he caught
so the next time they came he called me up and i picked the whole bag, too bad there were only six that day
if i find any more i will get a few more for sure

They are. The last time I got kuhlis, I found them at a department store and asked the guy (who probably just got done selling someone a set of tires in automotive) for 10 of them. After it took him ~10 minutes to catch the first one, I took over and he told me I could have as many as I wanted for the price of 10. I gave up after the 11th one, but it took me about 5 minutes to catch the 10 I got. Once when I had a group in a 10 gallon QT, I had to drain the water down to the substrate to get them out cause they were so small.
