my picture was stolen!!! has this happened to anyone else???

this is an add i found today about pigs for sale. the picture on the add is a picture i took myself. i have no association with these people so how did they get my picture? i have emialed and called them no reply yet (its only been an hour) but i am not very happy about this at all!
has anyone else had there pictures stolen? i know alot of you guys do alot of photography and i used to as well and i would have been even more ticked off if it was one of my photos. this is just one i took with my phone. :irked: :nilly:
 
It happens all the time. You should get Photoshop and put a watermark on all of your photos that you post on-line.

:iagree: no way to stop it from happening. and if you want to make sure they don't crop out your watermark, put it over the entire image
 
the guy called me back and said he would remove it, but its still upsetting that someone would use a picture of a pig they didnt even have
i would do the watermark on my photos but i didnt feel like doing to a stinkin cell pic.
it honestly wouldnt bother me if someone was using it in an article or just to show how small they are but people think that is his pig. can anyone just be honest these days?
 
bad luck, watermark might help prevent it. Luckily I have never had that problem as I dont post many pics online and the ones i do are turd anyways :grinno:
 
well this wasnt exactly a nice pic tho. thats why i didnt worry about it. i only posted it on here and on facebook.

*Virtually everything on the internet is public domain. Quite random you found it though, Makes you wonder how many other people out there are using your pig picture.
