My Pike is Sick I need Help

my red pike that i have had for almost a year now has developed the big white holes in its head i dont know any other way to explain it i cant figure out whats causing it please help

Sounds like H.I.T.H. hole in the head. Common in pikes. Try doing massive water changes for the next year, and see if it improves. Do 50% every three days or more, and in a year I bet it will be just fine. Good luck, and do not over feed.

Yep, what was said earlier and your water might be harder than the fish would normally live in.
