My piranhas acting weird

I bought my piranhas 2 weeks ago, they are pair but recently they acting weird, their age like one year, I changed the temperature( it was 24C I make it 28C) , (also I make it like it raining )sometimes they don’t eat a lot.
( it my first time with the piranhas)
My tank 700 L
Also sorry the pictures not that good
Any advise

They are fighting, likely for dominance.
Piranhas should not be in pairs - the aggression get focused on each other and only each other.
They may figure it out but there is also a high likelihood of one killing the other.
The more you have, the more dispersed the aggression will be.
 
Yah I prefer to have more than two but in my country it not legal I got them from someone on internet, it male and female he told me they got breed when he was have them, so I was thinking they are breeding
 
Also I recently add live plants they go through the plant and do this like the pictures shown
 
For how long are they showing this behaviour?
If they do it for several days without one of them getting torn to shreds it could be breeding behaviour.
What little you can see in the pictures looks at least like how pre spawning is pictured in my piranha book.

They doing this behavior several days without any one get hurt or injured also they moving together most of the time
