My pleco is stealing by blood worms

I fed my black ghost knife some blood worms today. I looked away for a couple of minutes, and when I looked back my pleco had wedged himself between the rocks blocking his way and was in my bgk's cave gobbling up the blood worms. I guess I should feed the pleco first, and then the bgk when the pleco is satisfied.

'some' plecos are carnivores, some are purely herbivores and others omnivores.

its also worth mentioning at this point that most plecos need bog wood to rasp on and to help digestion
