My poli endli was in my tank with gravel the last day and after i came back he is gone any idea where he might have went

What are the tank mates maybe he was eaten

Check for escape and the belly's of tankmates, if that fails check the gravel as was already said they bury themselves, then the filter maybe he got sucked up?

I had a Senegal that had a habit of jumping up the waterfall of the HOB filter and chilling in the filter out of tank for a minute then just fell back down the waterfall

Poly are great escape artists. Check all around the tank and room its in, because they breathe air they can make it far before eventually drying up and dieing. Also check overflow boxes and filtration tubes.

Ok thx i found him he was in my wet dry gonna get a mesh to prevent it to happen again
