Milky Way Galaxy,
Hey all! my pond is almost done:nilly: just got to put the liner on now here are some pic's, start with album 1 first tho(: :headbang2 http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/album.php?u=70152
Anyway i got some quick questions, i plan on putting 2 Red Ear Slide Turtles(i have them already in a 20gallon tank witch they outgrown now there still babies tho) 2 crocdile skinks and 2 small koi, i want to put the Crocdile Skinks in first so the turtles wont nibble at them (but they are not agressive turtles they only eat there pellets in the tank they never ate my fish) so then the Skink's can grow to there biggest size and then put in the Koi and thennnnnn put the turtles in. good idea:confused:? and i have one last question!:D I know Crocdile Skinks eat crickets, mealworms, and wax-worms, and when there adults maybe a pinkie mouse but is there any already made food for them? like Crocdile Skink pellets? do they eat shrimp? i dont want to keep running to the pet store every week. is there any other food for them? thanks!

Looks like a done deal! What stock are you planning? Can't wait to see it running.

How do you intend on keeping the crocodile skinks from escaping? They can't live in water 24/7; they have to have access to land. Croc skinks also don't like temps over 90 degrees F.

It seems like you're trying to put too many critters into a small pond; the turtles will quickly outgrow the pond, and the koi will also eventually outgrow it.

Exact dimensions of the pond would be helpful for providing recommendations.

am prob. not going to put in Koi, & am going to put a nice size island in there, and the rocks am using are steep so they cant climb over
