my best girl has fractured her skull !!! i found her tuesday morning in her stable with a huge gash on top of her head and x ray has confirmed its fractured !! 
she is going for surgery to remove the bone fragment , luckily my vet has said she will make a full recovery but it will be ten or twelve weeks before she is back to normal . i feel so bad for her , out of all my horses she is the most sensible , laid back and un likely to do anything like this , here is a pic before the accident , she now looks like she hes done ten rounds with mike tyson ! her face is so swollen and bruised , poor girl . her name is orange .
