lol I have a pom that used to be my moms and I give him "horns" all the time also just because he thinks hes the baddest dog out there lol .
I have been looking into different breeds of dogs, I am planning on getting another I just can't decide really what kind to get , Has to have short hair ( wife has major allergies...) so far got it anrrowed down to a rottie, doby, Boxer , bully , in the end I want a good watch dog, loyal, smart ( not hard to train) ,something that really isn't to agressive per say but is feirce looking enough to keep everyone off our property .... So many choices !

All those breeds you mentioned are awesome..i am partial to the dobie and bully... always and still do want a english bull terrier.. just not a good mix with a dobie.. . i miss my pom... maybe i will get another little one... nice having one lap dog.. i want to see pics of your chosen puppy soon..Cakilla;5127890; said:
Long haired dogs are supposed to be easier on allergies. Hence the labradoodle, made for people with allergies that wanted a lab.Cakilla;5127890; said:
You definitely don't want a basset hound if you're looking for protection, mine think everyone is their buddy but if you want a 60# lap dog they're the best.
dobermans are great dogs have had them for the last 20yrs luv the red got a american bulldog last yr and is awesome
