I have a ray that has a pinkish belly. Its a juvenile ray, about 5" small.

Should I be worried about ammonia burns? I know that ammonia burns are reddish patches on the rays belly. My ray's belly is evenly pinkish all over its belly. Photo shouldn't be needed because its not that hard to visualize a rays belly that's evenly pinkish.

Should I be worried about it or should I'm just being paranoid.

By the way, a have a 100 gallon tank that has an average stock in my opinion. I do weekly water changes of about 50-60% a pop.

i would check for ammonia.... and what is your substrate???

Juvie rays tend to have pink undersides.. a few of my retics still do.

Ammonia burn looks more like red bloody streaks.. check your ammonia and substrate if that seems to be the case.

Agreed. Sounds perfectly normal to me.
