my rays

so ive had the female motoro about two months, and now im hooked on the rays, so i got a few more for aquascape, 2 females and a male.
They are doing great , eating alot of red worms , i hope they learn from the motoro and eat chopped shrimp and cut fish and pellets,

Looking really good! I just picked up some Hystrix for Aquascape too. What size's did you get? Mine are a little small 3 1/2 or so.

well thank you. the motoro is a solid 10 inch across so im guessing the hysterix are around 5" i took my time picking them out for there size, patterns and sex,
I feed them twice a day red wigglers, , the motoro eats anything , not them yet,
Im new to the rays and still learning, there in an established 220 reef ready with a huge sump, I will take most of the display rocks out soon, I just wanted them to eat good at first,I want to sell the huge arowana and the two florida gars that are in there with them. also where can i get the black sand, I wont go bare bottom.

stay away from black tahitian moon sand.. some people use it no issues, but typically not good for rays..
