Ive had my juvinile red devil for about 4 weeks now and he seems to swim in a corner every time I walk in the room.What could I do to keep him from being scrared.(she is aggresive toward other fish just scared of humans).

Do you have any hiding places for him? If he's chosing to swim to the corner of a tank when he's scared, I'm assuming no...you need to provide him with cover, it will make him feel more comfortable and secure in his tank. Also, is the tank somewhere that people don't usually go? It might be taking him longer to get used to people going by, if it doesn't happen very often.
Remove all decorations for 1-2 months
Keep tank bare as possible.
Don't feed for 2 days.
Associate your pressence with food, food, food.
After the first week, when hopefully he has learned this. Start putting your face somewhat against the glass(obviously not touching, your choice) and see what he does. Soon your buddy will start charging your face. Took mine 4 days, now I can't even stick my hand in the water without it being nipped on, FUN.
