How i can do it?

What are your water parameters? Does it eat or poop? I don't see what's wrong with the fins. It looks maybe a little stressed but that can be from anything. Post another picture of what it looks like now.

I think he looks great personally...I've had over a hundred horns...

He's eating food 1 times on day.No appetite. The end portions colorless of fins, previously was red, now colorless(transparent). And he's wounds are can not find cure.(Look a kok's front)

If he's in that tank with that much fish bigger than him and he's not the dominant one, he will get hex and die soon for you. You do not want to loose that good fish to improper housing. Get him away from those fish where is dominant or you will loose him soon to hex

If he's eating that is good at least. You should put him in his own quarantine tank and treat his symptoms there. Since he is stressed the other fish in there with him aren't going to help any and he may pass his sickness off to them. If he has a wound I'd add salt and antibiotics to the water and raise the temp.

Looks a bit stressed, but also looks a lot like some faders I've seen too - even ones that fade late at 8 inches. I think Water may be on to something here.
