My Red Dragon !!!

Hi !!!This is one of my Red dragon !!! I got him around 3 inches and now reached a size of 6 inches ..I just wanna know does he have some KAMFA traits in him!! I could see some resemblance..I might be wrong!!!

Looks like a normal RD to me, though a expert may be able to see traits im missing... either way hes a lovely looking fish

I would say possibly a mixed kamfa. But it would be guessing game. Most fish I buy I know lineage of the fish so I know if its mixed or not. Kamfa are beefy and bulky and have trailers. Yours seems a little bulky and has fins like one.

Whatever it is which it shouldn't matter it looks good!

Lol.... Mate ya his fins looks like a fan tail as in kamfa... But he has an underbite like ZZ. By the way I like him the most. The thing hia kok gets fluctuating. When I got him he has a nice kok as he could see but later kok his fluctuating.

You've seen my fader. He does the same thing. It's normal. Hes in a community tank and alpha so he has no aggression. When he starts to breed he goes nuts and if something bothers him like a smaller fish eating his pellets lol his hump starts to grow slowly.

Hes a beast but hes docile. He won't kill a fish but he will chase them

I just started to give him some mirror exercise... I think I would get the desired result sooner or later... He is alone and no contacts with any of his fellow mates. Shall I introduce a female parrot fish with him? Else just a mirror exercise is enough??

I don't do mirror exercises I use a female lol. Parrots have been used in the FH hobby for a long time. Just be mindful that he can destroy her and make sure its a female.

Ya he would literally tear into pieces if it's a male lol...
