FINALLY! He has a proper sized tank, he's been shuffling back and forth from spare tanks (none bigger than 10g) since August when I got him. He was won at a carnival by a friend of mine, can't believe they were giving them away as prizes 
but I knew I could give the little guy a good home....eventually.
A friend gave me thier spare tank yesterday its around 31"x13"x12", spent yesterday filling it and getting the essentials set up. It's in my reptile room at the moment.
I'm going to try and make a riparium-type setup for him with plants and such. Not big enough for life but hopefully he'll be moving into my 600g pond when he's a bit bigger. Looks so funny though, huge tank for such a tiny turtle - he's around 3".
