I just got a red arowana yesterday, introduced him to the new tank he was fine, but today he seems lethargic, and just stays in a corner. Water parameters are good. New water cycled for a few days before introduction. Fellow enthusiasts what do you think is the issue I’m worried.

All new media, its a sump setup. checked all the water parameters before I intoduced him.New water cycled?How about the media in the filters? Is that media completely seeded? So many questions that need answering my friend, before we can figure out what's wrong.
A new tank can take up to 4-6 weeks to cycle. Do you have any other tanks that you can take media out of to seed your sump? Do you know what the nitrogen cycle is? That arrow shouldn't be going into that new of a tank - sorry to be the one to tell you this.
Im new to fish keeping, can you suggest what can do for now, I have another tank with a flowerhorn in it. that tank is running for 2 months now.
I used Stability by Seachem as well, but from what your saying it will take time.
Take half of the media out of your flowerhorn tank and put it into your sump - Even take a sponge and ring it into the new tank as well. You need the bacteria to establish itself in the new tank. I'd also suggest reading about the nitrogen cycle (google it or do a search on this forum). You'll learn a lot and understand what's happening a bit better.
Set him up in another tank, he was fine in a couple of hours, swimming and active. I will cycle this whole tank for a month before I put him in. checked the parameters with a API test kit, Ph at 6.5, nitrate at 0 and nitirite is 1. KH is at 80 and GH is at 30. Went to my friend's place who has 3 aros got some cycled media from him and added it to my sump in 2 compartments. If you think anything else is required please let me know ? I spent 3 hours studying all the materials available on the internet. I added a bit of aquarium salt and did a 25% water change, put him in bag and acclimated him for 20 mins
Released him, he was lethargic for a few hours and breathing heavily. Got up in a few hours to check on him he was calm and swimming around, keeping the temp on 30 degrees as it has been said everyhere. The flow is medium and put an airstone in with full capacity.
