He looks massive. How big?

6 inch, not including tail. and I think its a female, recently I put in new aquarium and someone mentioned what looked like a tube dropping from her.

Yeah and that pinkish coloration means it wants to breed. I used to have a pair of KK and when they are in breeding mode they go a really nice light pínk color on their sides as apposed to the ordinary orange.

Looks like a female to me too, beautiful fish. got to love how robust parrots get
