what's the deal with snakeheads? I know that in IL, if not countrywide, it's very illegal for a supplier to sell them. However, what about owning one or a private seller to sell to another person? Does anyone know?

they have become an invasive species in some area's displacing the native fishes & wreaking havoc to the eco-system.......a few knuckleheads released them in ponds & snakeheads being able to go short distances on land found there ways into other water sources & were/are spreading.......haven't you seen any Monster Movies of GIANT snakeheads walking on land & making housecalls.
it was a popular "scare tactic" around 10 years ago....

to the OP snakeheads are competitive eaters & the smaller one may not be getting its share.....the larger ones will probably end up eating it if they get hungry enough

The weird thing is that the smaller one eat the same amount of food as the big one and Also he is more aggressive than the other(when I feed I make sure that everybody eat)
