My Red Tex Babies

well, update time. my pair has had 3 more successful batches of babies, but i didnt do anything to keep them because i dont have time to raise them up. so i have about 99 babies from the original batch. they are begining to color up nicely. i can even see red in the fins of some. here are the best pics i could get. let me know what you think.

if you look here in this last pic you can see the red top fin on one fish!!

Looks nice bro.. looks like some nice Kamfas.. instead of a texas... but yeah ..looks like they got some nice pearls too..guess they got the pearls from the father and the 75% of genes came from the MOM.. SWEET bro.. keep us posted.. hope they get their colors from the mother tooo!!

thats what i had originally planned, but i have run out of time, i only have a month left before im gonna be gone from my tanks for 3 months, so i will have to get rid of the babies by then.

Very cool. How red do they get. I dont think I have ever seen a adult.
