My red tex

This is my first red texas, bought him for $3 when he was about half an inch. By red texas standards is he any good? Always hear of supers and low grade but i have no idea what to look for.

So in short please rate my RT! And you can be honest you are not going to hurt my feelings, its a fish after all!

this would be considered grade b in the hobby. i personaly love this fish i have one almost identical. awsome pearls, red fins, great body shape. you can always try n breed her and see if you can get a different peel. if my rt fry turn out like this id still be very proud!

Awesome thanks for the replys, its a male so hopefully he is fertile. He just paired up with a female vontehillo texas so we will find out soon!

Cool looking fish, hella pearly! Looks like a regular Texas/carpintis to me? But If he's fertile, breed him to a kkp, Midas, or a red devil for the redness, then you might get lucky and have some fader babies that will look like real (srt-rt's).
