My Red Turqs. bred!!

If any of you discus lovers are close to northeast Ohio, I will have 1-2" red turqs. available in about 3 weeks.....I've listed them in the for classified section...Feel free to PM me.

This has been an experience! I never realized how much work it was to raise a spawn...

Thank You...I pulled dad fish last night and put him back with the mom (Fry have been free swimming for over two weeks)....He has been back with the mom fish for 24 hours and is already doing the shake....I just started to add some RO Water to the happy couple, hopefully they give me about three days to get the TDS down.....
I counted 56 fry today, I'm sure I missed a few.

those are some amazing fish. How big are they and wat size did the start to attempt to breed. Thanks lovley fish agian
 
Thanks Stingray.....The female is a little over 6" and the male is about 5"....They were this size at first attempt...I've sold the entire first batch, and my second batch (Not pictured) will be ready for sale in about 4 weeks....View more pics of my fish at freewebs.com/discustrader/index

Nice looking fish. I wish we were closer. I really like the looks of those. They would go great in with my spoted leopards.
