I currently have three red bellies , I had six but recently gave three away because they were getting to big for my 75 and I don't have the space or money a bigger tank. Since giving three away the remaining three stoped eating everything they have been eating regularly shrimp, pellets, white fish, etc. The three I gave to a friend are still eating great. ?

I'm sure it took some time and splashing around in the tank to get out the three you removed. The three that are in the tank are probably still a little stressed out from all the activity. You could try dimming the lights a little to help them relax a bit.

There seems to be an Alpha fish in some RBP groups, this is the fish that will most often try any food first, triggering the frenzy. If you removed this one, it may just take a little time before the other fish are aware of their group and surroundings again. I honestly do not believe they'll starve themselves to death. :)

Ya, like Tim said, maybe you got rid of the alpha rbp and they are trying to figure out whose going to take the place of it...just be patient, they should start eating again soon :)
