my redtail catfish is missing a few organs

my redtail seems to have lost his eye and the region is fully white and hes also missing one of his pelvic fins, also in bought him recently and he is currently 2 -3 inches , please help

I am guessing you got a runt, an RTC born that way and with very poor genetics and it never had the eye and the fin.
