I don't think this is C. regani. Female regani have a white-rimmed dorsal spot. Usually a red-rimmed spot belongs to a female C. notophthalmus, so I'd guess that's what you have. She's gorgeous, though!
Jeff was selling a similiar species to Orinico Dwarf and Noto's under .cf regani a while ago, but Ryan is correct. Regani have a white surrounded ocelli or blotches ....

Regani it is not, 100% sure of that. That be looking like a spicy noto female that it does! 
Jeff has an enormous amount of fish come through his facility, and he does his best to accurately ID fish to the best of his abilities. Crenicichla can be a little tricky though, especially with differences among species depending on locality, so its not uncommon for some to slip by from time to time.
Let's see some pictures of the males. Male notos are easy to ID, but it could be one of the unrecognized dwarf pikes that darth pike mentioned.

Mark (discusorigins) has actual notos right now. They are going quick too. . . Decker only left us a few. . . LOL
