Random thought. Instead of newspapers under the turtles, buy some book on that species and laminate the pages. Laminate them twice... to keep out the liquid.

Might not work. Im sleepy Nice pics though.

lol that would be pretty cool but i use newspaper cus it does a really good job at soaking up all the urine.i should name my tortoise blastoise.
