The Rhaph was seriously small when I bought it like 2" and paper thin - startin' to grow - slow but steady. Already had ick once and shed his teeth once. It's still to young to get off of feeders but soon! His mates - Nandus Nandus (Gangantic Leaf Fish) and 3 Red Tail's

Thanks! Are you 100% sure it's a scomb - I really really hope not. I've had 4 scombs before and haven't been able to get past that 1 year 12" mark.
I was hopin' to have better success with a Rhaph. I bought it from a very reputable dealer but mistakes do happen - http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/7259/product.web

that is a Scomb and unfortunately the picture on the website is incorrect-

They are much more slender than the Hydrolycus Sp. Thats a good looking Scomb though so i wouldn't be too disheartened.

What about the four that you previously had, did'nt they look like this one?

Def a scomb
