Very nice! This is about what mine look like right now. You don't realize how beautiful and full of personality the fish are until you actually have them in your tanks.

im pretty sure the only way to sex them is by venting. i had a group of 5 ranging from 4-6" and i couldn't see a difference in them. as they get larger males have a slightly more bulbous forehead kind of like severums. i kept the largest out of the group at the time and is about 11" now. a few people i have talked to have compared pairs to mine and we believe its a female
