My rtg need help

below are some pic of my rtg and king kong parrot. Can anybody tell me if they have fin rot or not. I notice it about a week ago but it was not as bad as now. It eating well and water parameter is fine. main diet is pallet and market shrimp. it about 12". Also i change 25% water weekly and use salt with every water changes.

I have the same type of fish though and my RTG is smaller than this but the parrot is the same size. The RTG rules and their fins do not look like that, in fact the RTG's are presteen.
Are there any other fish in there, because the RTG looks like it's got damage to scales on it's head. Jumping will do this.
