Hey all,

it's been like half a year since i've set up my 180G tank and I wanted to share some of my photo's with you all (:

My small little O when I got him at the end of december, measuring a whopping 4cm in total length. I brought him home after a visit at my LFS for some hikari sinking carnivore pellets, he was getting bullied by 2 slightly bigger albino O's.

He's been a chill little dude, he doesn't really bother the other fish and just wants to eat. I observed that he usually sticks with the bigger more dominant fish, for some reason my yellow acara, who claimed the whole 180G to himself, didn't mind this little guy. Had to get rid of the yellow acara tho, he was just way too mean.

This is him now, closing in on 19cm. He's coloured up pretty well, he's been showing a lot of purple hue-ish where the red was supposed to be when he was smaller.

Next up; sevs these little guys were my first cichlids in the tank! And boy have they coloured up nicely, the pictures don't do them justice at all (nor does my bad lighting). I'm also pretty sure they're pairing up, they keep clapping their fins while swimming next to each other and i've seen them clearing an area of sand (Just under my intake).

My latest fish is another severum, ordered a gold spot sev and got a giant gold sev instead lol. When I came to pick him up I was expecting a small tiny severum waiting for me, but instead I got this big ol' lad. He sure loves the camera haha!

My dominant male FM trying to intimidate my O, but he really just doesn't care.

And my yellow acara, photo was taken just before someone came to pick him up. So much aggression for a little fish, claiming 180G to himself. He was such a beauty tho

My Oscars are SO peacful with everything else. My Albino is almost 10" and has a HUGE mouth - I was really worried he'd accidentally swallow smaller things, but he has no interest in them.. LOVES the cichlid sticks and shrimp pellets. I also have 2 Marbled who are literally inseparable - they swim EVERYWHERE together, and also VERY peaceful.
