My sailfin only eats algae wafers

I've had him for over a month now and he's become less active and he always hides. I rarely see him suck on the tank anymore and he wont eat anything except algae wafers. What can I do?

stop feeding him and he will come back on cleaning the tank!

I don't have any algae so I'm not so worried about the tank but shouldn't he be eating other things? I don't want him to be malnourished.

You can always try zucchini, even if you don't see him eating it just leave it in overnight. Then in the morning you usually will see it eaten. My L-201 loves it and he is more a carnivore in nature .
