My Salvinis' Memorial Day Surprise!

Got home from a short road trip last night and found this:

It's a pair. The male is under the driftwood, and the female is out in the open. I can't believe how beautifully they colored up while breeding.

Awesome! I remember my Sals breeding...now they just fight I put them in my pond hoping that it's going to give them more room and the Minnows and Koi can act as Dithers and get them to breed again.

They are definitely some of the most beautiful cichlids when in breeding colors. Good luck with the sals in the pond!
