Small Senegals usually have some black spotting on their bodies and it'll fade as they age. Pics would help to determine if there is a problem though.

Yup. My albino has some tiny dark dots on his body too. Looks like sweat glands. very natural. also, it seems that alot of delhezis have "cross" on its head.
