hey, just wanted to ask some questions about my new birchir:




How big does it get?
Could I keep an adult with one tiger oscar?
My local fish store said senegals get 48 inches, is that true?



also, will they eat frozen bloodworms?

no they get up to 13" and what size is the tank and oscar?

I am pretty sure you can keep a bichir with an oscar since it still small but as long as it doesn't inside the oscar's mouth, so i would say get a 5-6 inch Senegal and
let the oscar catch up. I had my senegal bichir with my jardini, convicts, and flowerhorn, but never with oscars.

Currently housing my 9 inch Senegal with my 11 inch Oscar, so yes, they are compatable.

My bichir loves frozen bloodworms, they will eat pretty much anything meaty.

Im housing a 7" senegal with 10" oscar. been together forever. they are in a 125g though.
