I think around 3 days till they hatch. Congrats. I could not see the video.
 
You gotta take the link, I tried to embed it but it wouldn't let me, and really it only takes 3 days for them to hatch?
 
Actually, if the water is warm (low to mid 80s) they will hatch in 2 - 2 1/2 days. They won't go free-swimming for another five days or so.

Your fish are a bit small to be spawning already... it makes me wonder if the male isn't fertile yet. Gold severum males are said to be notoriously infertile. That, coupled with the young age of the fish, may mean you will get eggs but not fry. There's still no harm in letting them practice, though.

Are you sure you have a male and female? Sometimes two females pair and lay eggs. I'm watching my female notatus do that right now. Have you confirmed that it's only one fish laying eggs?
 
Yes only 1 is laying eggs, the male follows her and does his thing after she lays them, but they keep eating them, making me frustrated.
