Recently, I housed him with his mate (red zebra) and four of their kids (OB zebras, they were adults) And they were stressing him out like crazy and bothering the female red, but I recently sold them to a fellow member on here (diciple, DQ) and he brightened up like there is no tomorrow. His blue is so lively, it is just stunning. Now he happy with his mate and loving every minute of it!
Btw, he is about 4+ years old as well as his mate (got them the same time) and within those 4 years, they only mated once...weird? And they mated 2 years ago...but now I hope they mate again because they have a lot more room and lot less stress.
