That’s right I got the call today from my roommate saying he came home and could not find it. He then spotted it behind the tank on the floor. he got it as fast as he could and put it back in the tank but he was way to late.

My 9" silver aero jumped ship on me. and the thing that make me so mad is he was going to be moved today into my new 180. so now I am missing a huge focal point in my 180.

I am thinking about getting a pair? is it worth a try especially if I get them at the same time at around 4"?

sorry for the loss and you can try but have a 2nd tank rdy if they fight

it seems that 3 are less likely to fight ..if u have 2 the more aggressive one will always mess with the other

sorry to hear that!

About the aros i wouldn't get 2 because they will get cramped in the 180(in the future) and most likely fight

Sorry for your loss:(

Getting a pair will be a hit or miss. Getting more might work better, but I'd go with just one.

Sorry to hear about the experience

Thanks everyone, i am going to just get one and not worry about them fighting.

here are the pix he was 9 inches and got out of an inch and a half gap in the cover. well i know know that i need to build better covers for the new tank but it is a shame that he lost his life to teach me. :(
